Pretty Boy's youngest son from last year, Long Fellow, has dropped his remaining primary tail. He had the longest taimong tails that Jeffrey, Michael and I have ever bred from my line of birds.
Below is a photo of the slightly longer tail. It is about 7" (measured tip to tip).

Long Fellow's elder brother from an earlier nest had taimong tails measuring 6.5" and first molt tails exceeding 12". It will be interesting to see the length and quality of Long Fellow's first molt tails in about 3 months.
